 Today we: 

• Brainstormed as a group all the supporting evidence for our assigned picture book to win the Caldecott award
• Practiced working as a team and taking turns pitching during Kickball outside
• Read Chapter 10 of "City of Ember"
• Finished our Picture Pie Math/Art projects
• Learned about the difference between the coureurs des bois and the voyageurs 

Reminders: 

• Science - Please ask your student if they volunteered to bring in a shoebox for their Science/Makerspace projects for their group tomorrow (Wednesday)
• Grade 5 Send-Off: Please check your email for a message from Mrs. Brinson about the Grade 5 Send-Off on June 28th. Additionally, we ask that each student bring in a white t-shirts to tie-dye by Wednesday, June 21st.
