 Today we: 

• Used money and our understanding of adding and subtracting decimals to determine the amount of change we would need for paying for each of our meals during the Safari Menu task
• Completed the Week 5 Kahoot about our class read-aloud, "A Rover's Story" 
• Read the book, "The Undefeated" and continued our conversation about the importance of Black History Month 
• Quizzed ourselves on the importance of being an upstander instead of a bystander
• Completed our first and second station of separating solids using different techniques after we made our own mixtures of two different solids
