 Today we: 

• Shared our mathematical thinking during a Math Congress to share our work from the One Grain of Rice task we worked on this week
• Played the game "Winter is Coming" for Field Study Friday where students had to perform different actions that were called out such as "Migrate", "Hibernate", or "Resist" and "Camoflauge", "Huddle" or "Burrow" to reinforce the different behavioural adaptations we've been learning about in Science
• Recorded our "Math Inspectors Review Video" to share our thoughts about the class read-aloud novel we finished

Reminders: 

• Please check your email and reply to Miss Gadbois' email if you would not like your child to be offered to taste roasted pumpkin seeds next week. 
• Tuesday, October 31st: Students may wear a costume that doesn't interfere with learning, wear orange and black, or wear regular clothing
• Wednesday, November 1st – Papa Johns Pizza Night (use code NLS15 with the Panorama location if ordering) 
• November 2 – Virtual Pumpkin Patch / Fall Family Fun pictures due to Mrs. Brinson for those interested in having their picture in the video
