 Yesteday we: 

• Began marking our multiplication and division basic fact assessments to see which ones we had left to learn this year
• Finished our Life Maps by outlining them in thin sharpie
• Continued learning about collective identity and read 2 ABC Canada books, one focused on the Indigenous Peoples of Canada to spark our guiding question for Social Studies this year: "Whose Story Is Missing?"

Today we: 

• Participated in a Circle Retelling to retell the story of "Rabbit's Snow Dance" as a class
• Created a class model of a Grade 5 paragraph before writing our own about our Life Maps and the significance of the symbols we used
• Visited Mrs. Barrowcliff for our Learning Commons Orientation
