Thursday, May 12th/Friday, May 13th, 2023

 Yesterday we:

• Completed our Book Talk Builder for our chosen Caldecott nominee
• Created growing patterns using squares and had our classmates figure out our pattern rule
• Learned about how short circuits are created and the dangers associated with them

Today we: 

• Practiced reading aloud with a buddy
• Read the book "Two of Everything" prior to solving for patterns part of input/output tables
• Worked with two other Grade 5 students from the other classes to get ready for our new Fractions unit using chalk outside
