• Watched an example of a Book Talk from a previous Caldecott Winner
• Solved "The Toothpick Problem" as a class and sorted different pattern problems based on what operation was used to make the pattern
• Started our first day of Drum Fit in P.E.
• Learned how to play the G chord on the ukulele 
• Noted some challenges and celebrations the Chinese Community has faced throughout Canadian history
