 Today we: 

• Summarized the theme and strategies our group read about for Calgary Cultural Plan for Chinatown before we start building in Minecraft this week
• Started the "Ferris Wheel" task where we used our estimation skills to approximate how many people would fit on a ferris wheel 
• Practiced our Basic Facts for our assigned operation
• Joined the other Grade 5 classes to create a physical timeline to represent the important events that occured in the history of Canada
• Completed our daily Words Their Way activity
