Wednesday, November 9th, 2022

 Today we:

• Continued to write our Entertaining Beginning for our Pourquoi Stories by introducing the main character, setting, and the character flaw
• Played full games of Floor Hockey in P.E.
• Completed an assessment about "Apple Picking Problems and Equations" to show our understanding of algebraic equations in Math
• Worked together to play different pieces of music at different tempos such as Largo, Moderato, and Presto. Some students were able to use their prior knowledge of Music to help us be success such as helping the class keep a beat as well as offering ideas such as using a metronome! 
• Read "Salamander Room" and learned the difference between Food Chains and Food Webs. We were each given a different animal and had to find other people who were assigned an animal that were either our prey or predator to add to our Food Chains 

Reminders: 

• Remembrance Day Virtual Assembly: Students in Girl Guides/Scouts may wear their uniform. All students are welcome to dress up for this day. 
• Friday, November 11th: Remembrance Day (No School)
• November 23rd: Photo Retake Day has been moved to this day!
