 Today we: 

• Created a class model of an elaborative segment using details from the 5 Senses activity we did yesterday to describe our class pumpkin
• Read a chapter of Thirst and reviewed the rubric for our Visual Journal Assignment to remind us what was required to achieve a 1/2/3/4
• Continued to work on our "13 Days of Spooky Challenges" - many of the students showed a strong sense of perserverance today as they continued to work through each challenge
• Tried using a variety of different instruments to practice the rhythm patterns we had created with our groups 
• Started to work on our "Bookflix" themed door for Literacy Week as we all replicated one of our favourite book covers to recommend to fellow students
