 Today we: 

• Designed our own pumpkin carving creations and voted on our favourites! The class favourite was carved into our class pumpkin while we carved the rest of our designs into the "Pumpkin World" on Minecraft
• Used our five senses to brainstorm different ways to describe our class pumpkin using sight, touch, smell, sound, and taste! We loved tasting the pumpkin seeds and learning to use the thesaurus to find more exciting word and synonyms to add description. 
• Selected one of the "levels" from "13 Days of Spooky" to try and complete using our knowledge of algebra
• Read "The Good Seed Presents: The Good, The Bad, And The Spooky" which was gifted to us by a classmate!
• Watched the 2022 NLS Virtual Pumpkin Patch Video

Reminders:

• NLS Spirit Wear (t-shirts and hoodies) can be ordered until 7:00 pm this Wednesday, November 2.  A form with the details came home to every family today for more details.  (This will be the only time you will be able to order this year.)
