 Today we:

• Wrote a letter to our future selves to open on the last day of school
• Started to work on an Estimation 180 task where we had to find out the length and width of a piece of raw bacon
• Had P.E. and completed a relay race where we had to run, crabwalk, backwards walk, and balance a ball across the gym
• Played picture telephone where one person drew a picture and it had to be passed on until the entire team had the same picture drawn
• Started our "Draw Your Life" assignments where we had to draw about our lives: such as our favourite food, hobbies, and pets

Reminders: 

• We are going on a walking field trip to Country Hills Village Pond on Thursday. Please make sure your child is dressed for the weather, rain is in the forecast.
• Thursday, September 8th is Spirit Day! Please wear our Grade 5 Colour which is PURPLE!
