 Today we: 

• Practiced estimating, solving, and checking our work when adding and subtracting decimals
• Finished Part 4 of our class Read-Aloud, "A Rover's Story" where we learned that Res went offline
• Completed the Week 4 Vocabulary Review for "A Rover's Story" 
• Participated in a Minecraft Education Edition Session to prepare us for the kick-off of the Season 3 "Level Up Calgary" challenge with CBE and Minecraft
• Reviewed the difference between heterogenous and homogenous mixtures as well as began to learn what matter is (and what it isn't)

• Friday, February 9th: Winter Community Walk - Please support your student in dressing for the weather (winter coat, boots, mitts, toque)
