 Today we: 

• Identified different strategies that were used in a fully elaborated main event about a student going on a ski trip
• Read 'The Water Protectors" and watched some videos about people living through the different water crises in Flint, Michigan as well as an Indigenous group in Ontario 
• Kicked off our Classroom Chemistry unit in Science by using different materials to try and seperate oil and water
• Completed a Words Their Way rotation and worked on our daily activity with each of our groups
• Played large number bingo to practicce identifying numbers to ten million in word and standard form
