Today we: 

• Learned how to use elaborative detail in our narrative writing
• Reflected shapes over different lines of reflection
• Started to write our Wetland paragraphs in Science
• Created our first Grade 5 Flipgrid about our predictions for our Global Read-Aloud book, "The Rumbies"

To-Note: 

• Picture Day is tomorrow: Wednesday, October 20th 
• "Take Me Outside Day" is tomorrow (After Picture Day): Wednesday, October 20th - please make sure your child is dressed for the weather
• We will be going on a Walking Field Trip back to the Country Hills Storm Pond on Friday, October 22nd
